    Quality manufacturing.

    These are very well manufactured. There are hardly any splits, wood warping, or wrong cuts in the making of the materias. Premium wood was used. I like that the bottom bar ends are solid because the slot runs up to a bout 3/4 of an inch from the end. This leaves plenty of material for nailing the bottom bar to the sides of the frame. Other products with grooves run the groove from end to end. Of 100 frames, I received only one defective/broken bottom bar, but it was fixable and usable.
